The design consists of three Basements for Parking & Services. The 11m x 11m efficient column grid provides flexible, functional spaces on the office floor and maximises basement parking efficiency. The Ground Floor features an arrival drop-off, lobby, Retail and F&B spaces, and a social plaza. The podium profile runs in sync with the retail footprint at the ground creating a triple-height volume at the plaza level. The Amenity floor has a range of facilities including a dining space, a café, a restaurant, a small auditorium, a multipurpose room and a seminar room. An open gym with indoor games connects with a green terrace. The floors above consist of office spaces, with service and core areas at the centre with terraces on the west, south and north sides.
